Do the homes include a garage?

The Deluxe One Bedroom and Deluxe Two Bedroom floor plans include a one-car garage. The Standard One Bedroom floor plan does not include a garage.

How many pets are allowed?

Residents may have up to two pets maximum per residence, with each pet weighing under 25 lbs.

Yes. Cedar Springs is pet friendly and welcomes small pets. The current pet policy allows up to two animals under 25 lbs. There is a non-refundable $500 pet fee and $50/month pet rent .

Are there any move-in fees?

Yes. Cedar Springs currently lists the following one-time fees: Application fee: $150 Community fee: $1,500 These are separate from the monthly rental rate.

Is internet or cable included?
